Newbie questions PLease Help!!!

I added a decent K&N conical filter setup to my Jeep 2.5 and I really do feel some extra kick and I like to sound.

Now I am thinking about doing the header and exhaust change. Any suggestions?
I am reading through the archives but some fresh imput would be cool.

I am also thinking about upgrading the stock type shocks. Will shocks alone give lift?
Any particular brand to buy?

Shocks won't do anything for ride height unless the are booster shocks or air shocks
