New YJ owner joining the family

New owner of a 93 YJ here. Went and picked it up last night with my wife and her grandfather and thought I would post some pictures.

We got to the owners place and everything was pretty much unassembled and laying inside the Jeep. We went to pop the hood to check the motor and a damn cat was staring at us lol. Anyway we got it started and loaded it up on the trailer and brought it home. Once we got the seats, top, roll bars, and everything else out of it we blew it out with the compressor and started putting what we could back in it.

It's not a bad Jeep at all from what we can see. The owner was wanting to make a rock crawler out of it but had to give up on it since things go busy for him.

Good find, that looks like a pretty clean setup to start from if u plan on building it or even jus taking her back to stock. Mine was in one piece and not in near as good of shape as that when I got it last year. Happy wheeling...

Lol I know right.

She is one of the reasons for going to a newer Jeep. She didn't feel comfortable driving our CJ5 with no power steering/brakes.

Here is a couple more shots.

This is the seat we test drove it in lol.

All loaded up.

Nice jeep, get some flares on it so it doesn't look so naked, you''ll be good to go.

I can't decide what kind of flares to get. I really like the flat flares but I'll need some that are atleast 6" to cover those wide wheels. I'd also like to eventually swap out those wheels with some black ones but I don't know when that will be.
