New YJ cage is installed!

We finished up Bob's cage last week and it's now getting installed...

Please disregard the safari top...it's just a test fit..

Glad to see you've finally joined us Steve. Bob's cage looks great. I managed to visit inbetween coats of paint and not have to help get that SOB into the Jeep. Timing is everything!

It's really not that heavy. Three of us got it in with no problem.

What size tube is that and how much did everything together run you?

Materials used are 2" x .120 wall tube and 1.25 x .120 wall - the tubing cost was about $100 - add another $40 for consummables such as welding supplies, holesaw for the notcher, grinding disks/wheels and electricity. I'm not sure what Bob spent on paint.
