New Midland Michigan build

Well winter is here and it is time to build the YJ. As you can see from my username I am a Mopar / Jeep person with the aformentioned YJ, a lifted WK, new Challenger RT and Classic Barracuda.

The YJ is pretty much stock 1992 Sahara with a 4.0 HO and auto trans. I have the RC 4" lift in the garage ready to install and plan to go with 35's and Metal Cloak all around. I know it is expensive but I paid $2500 for this with a solid frame with about $6000 total in mind. Front and rear diffs will be changed later or when they break. 8.8 and Dana 44 would be nice. About a 4.10 gear for the 35's as I still want to go down the highway from time to time. That and the 4.0HO might get replaced with a 350 V8 when it gives up....if that ever happens. It has 192K miles on it now but runs great.

It is sitting about 2 feet up in the air right now on jack stands. Some insulation work and furnace work needed in the pole barn and off we go. I will take pics all along during the build.
