Need some injector help

I just got these injectors from a friend, his jeep is toast. Somehow from the time we removed them to the time I installed them in my Jeep one went bad. My stock injectors were bad so he Jeep is down now. These are an upgraded injector, my friend thinks their ford but can't remember, it's been a while since he bought them.

I know it's a Bosch and it's 4 hole. The #'s on the side are F6VE-A5A and 0280-155-710. I believe it's a Ford 19lb injector.

What is it from? I need to run down to the pull-a-part and get one.

Thanks.

Thanks. Should I change the pressure regulator?

Only if u upgraded ur engine and feel the need to, if it is stock and controlled by the computer, I wouldn't bother. Mines a strocker n I didn't upgrade it, really no need too. The main benefit is the way they spray the fuel as a mist instead if a steady stream, allowing the fuel to b used more efficiently.
