Need some help w/ racks

I am looking to install a rack to get some extra room. I am going on the Rubicon this summer and would like to hold 3 adults. I need to find some extra space. I currently have the rack in this picture, sorry for the poor photo

But looking at adding one of these, prblem is the olympic rack is only Interior Basket size. 4 X 15-1/4 X 21-1/2

The Rock Hard Rock Rack has an inside measurements or 5 1/4" deep, 18 1/4" wide and 38 1/2" long

I also do not want to get to top heavy, was also considering some saddle bags or whatever I can come up with.

I was hopping to get some help from all of you, with what you do or some pictures, or I am getting to worried about getting to top heavy and should not worry about it.

I like the third picture with the cooler rack above the spare tire. That whole set-up I like personally. But you know, its your jeep, and build it to suite your needs and likes.
