Need some advice on stuck screws
The threads on my throttle position sensor won't budge! They won't tighten or loosen. I sprayed a ton of degreaser on there and it didn't help at all. I took the throttle body off and put it in a vice and still couldn't get it to budge. Any tips or tricks to help get these things to budge? I HATE TORX!

try tapping the screw lightly with a small hammer.
some times the jolt helps to break free stuck bolt. just be care so you dont break anything

There really isn't anything else "like that" out there. Believe me, it has no equal. Seriously, ask anybody else here.
Also, tapping the screw heads as mentioned before, will help the penetrating oil seep into the threads.

PB is awesome. Never had any issues when I use that stuff but if I use something else it just don't work.

PB and a hand held "Impact Driver" should do the trick!

Since you can remove it and place it in a vice, and it is possible to not damage it, heat from a pencil torch sometimes works to loosen screws. Depends if there's plastic nearby. Caution for gas fumes too!

The impact driver with the T20 torx was kinda cool to use. It worked on one screw but the other was very stubborn so we ground off the head and took the sensor off then screwed it off with vice grips. Thanks for your help!
