Need a new rear axle. Any difference in 88 YJ to later YJ's

So Ive posted before about my rear end on my Jeep breaking. Its a dana 35 with 3.07 gear. Ive search but have had a hard time tracking down a good used one thats not 100s of mile away from me.

Ive bought a few big parts from junk yards using For some reason they list that 87-89 is different from 90-95. They are the same right?

Actually they are different early years non C clip so that's the difference.

Get a Ford 8.8 plenty if threads with info to find the one you need with the right gears.

With all the posts out there, on this forum and across the internet, I'm surprised the question of finding another Dana 35 rear even came up again.

Crazy morning.
