Need help! Replacing water pump in a 2.5

You would think somewhere on the web you could find step by step instructions.

Here's where I am at:

1. Remove fan shrowd
2. Undo hoses and drain
3. Remove PS pulley and serpentine belt

Now here is where I am stuck.

Obviously the fan and pulley needs to come off. Now, there are 4 bolts on the back of the fan. I was able to remove those, but that does not allow me to remove the fan. There are also 4 bolts on the pulley, but it moves independantly from the fan, so it seems there is no way to remove those bolts (as the pulley just spins).

So how do I remove that pulley and the fan? Any other tips would be appreciated.

Thanks.
