Need Help Please.

So i bought a throttle body repair kit today. I have a 87 yj 2.5 tbi. I was taking it apart and nothing looks that they have ever been removed. So i got the bottom and top right torx screw remove on the throttle bracket on the side of the throttle body. I would i go about removing this screw, i was think screw extractor since its a small screw i might be able to extract it. Also i was thinking of cutting the head of with a dremel. If i do cut the head off isn't the rest of the screw stuck in the throttle body. i also noticed one of my fuel lines was in bad condition it ended up snapping when i was removing one of the lines. so what should i do, ill get pics up asap my phones charging. Please help
