Need help on deciding about buying a Wrangler

It's a '93 with a 4 cyl. 5 speed 31" BFG A/T tires 95,000 miles body looks good and a small lift full doors red with black hard top CD player and speakers What price sounds good? they are asking $6900 the only thing wrong is ripped console

I would think that is a fair asking price. I would how ever, see if you could get it for around 6k. I bought my 95 in 97 for 8k, it had nothing but what it came with from the factory and only 19,000 miles. I have since spent close to 5k building it up. It can get costly modifying. But , hey its a Jeep, and its not what you buy, but what you build.

make an offer of 5500 just to see what happens,if you are buying from a dealer MAKE
sure you have it CHECK OUT..If its a private
seller ask if they would mine if you have it looked over.If act funny about that tell them you will bring them to were the jeep is.Remember the jeep is almost ten years old
In ten years things start needing to be fixed.5500 to 6000 would not pay no more than

Gary 87 Wrangler 4.2 258 with weber carb and TFI upgrade.
31/10.5 and Nutter bypass!

As far as the ripped console you can get a nice one for under $100 from quadratec or jc whitney

be like me instead and buy a 88 4.2 for $5200 them promptly drop at lease 2500 into it only to have a newer one come around 2 weeks later for 1000 more and it a 95 4.0. I was not happy I still love it though
