need help with bolt size

What size bolts do I need to mount my seat frame to the body? Is it a special type/size bolt I have to get from a dealership or will a grade 8 bolt from the hardware store work?

A grade 8 bolt from the hardware store will work.

1.25" 3/8 grade 8 is what I used.

'94 YJ: 4.0L HO fi, 5-speed AX-15, Daystar 1.25" shackles, 17" JK wheels, lined tub, custom paint, Bestop Supertop, etc..
'88 YJ: 4.2L carb, 5-speed, stock everything. Banana-ish yellow. hard top. 26,XXX original miles.
