Need help with 88 YJ 4.2L to 4.0L swap

Hi I am in the middle of rebuilding a 88 Yj. This is a project I inherited and I am currently midway though a 4.2L to 4.0L swap. I am trying to finish it out myself but i have limited knowledge. My current issue is about which condenser to use. The 4.0L engine is from a 2000 Grand Cherokee. The condenser outlet/inlet ports (im not sure the correct term) sits on the passenger side of the jeep, however the compressor is on the driver side. The outlet inlet tubes I have do not reach the compressor. Do yall have any solutions for this? I appreciate any help.
