Need diagnostic codes Help engine running like crap

OK my while diving my jeep started sputtering and the check engine light came on and I was able to continue, can't find my book and were to check the code so I need some help
Codes as follows

12 start of codes?
33
21
52
55 end of codes?

After the check engine light comes on the problem corrects itself and I can continue driving, so IM thinking this is a sensor problem any ideas on getting it running right again, I just changed the fuel pump about 2 months ago so I don't think that's it.

12 start of codes? Memory Standby power lost (Batt or computer recently disconnected)
33 33 Air conditioning clutch relay circuit open or shorted ( Also will show up for rigs without AC)
21 Oxygen sensor signal out of range, possibly shorted
52 Oxygen sensor stuck at rich position OR Internal logic module fault ('84 turbo only)
55 end of codes? yes

Replace your O2 censor.

thank you thats what i needed to know
i didn't think it would make it run like that though sputtering and all

edit:
guess that does make sense as it doesn't start till it warms up, and its sthill the original at close to 200k miles

I have never had my check engine light come on. Is there something that I need to buy in order to read the codes or how do you read the codes?

just turn the key from the off to on positon 3 times and then the check engine light will flash the codes at ya

Does it light up on the key on position for a few seconds? If not check your bulb.
