These pictures are more for my refrence for when i go to make brake lines and im finding a little cancer but every yj has some.

Made some rockers 1/8 inch thick 8inchx5ft. The rockers measure 6 inches from top to bottom, so that gave me a 2 inch lip under. I know they are cut in two pieces, thats because the brake we were using wouldnt bent a 5ft peice of 1/8inch thick steal

. We are going to weld them back togeather and you wont even notice. Id say for about $15-20 worth of steal and having a dad that knows some people, pretty cheap and nice rockers when they get done

Called the Jeep dealership (they have a JEEP junk yard) and asked them if they had a 4.0L throttle body. They said $20, yes. so i gotta make some time to get it.

Got some boomerangs made for my Manufacture/CNC Final. There 3/8s thick and the Plasma Cam was having troubles at school cutting that thick, so Im just now getting them cleaned up and fixed. Im not sure what size of lift they are but im pretty sure they are 5/8 lift

My dad welded my rockers, I dont thik they are straight so we might cut them and reweld them. I still need to grind them down. What do you guys and girls think for paint

Here is the plate on the inside of the frame. The plate goes from the motor mount to the rear shock mounts.

For the nut insertes on the frame (for the transfer case), we diecided to cut out the inserts and just weld a peice over with a nut welded to them.

The nut will go inside the frame were the old nut inserts were taken out of. I still need to make the hole in the frame bigger. And the peice of steel that the nuts are welded to are threaded all the way through

Their thick so i have a built in transfer case lowering kit, hopefully thats enough so i dont have vibes

Got the transfer case nuts and braket welded to the frame. Its a little over kill but i would rather it be too much than not enough

My plan was to use the roll bar out of the red jeep because the roll bar on the black onw is bent. Sound like a great plan, right. Nope, but nothing a little welding and sand blasting cant fix. I found out the red roll bar was a little rusty

Well my dad said well add on to the front part off the cage so im really happy

Im still looking for Tj rear flares and Tj gas bezel if anyone has one PM me

Thanks moonshine. I didnt know what was getting my self into. Who would of thought that binging a YJ back from the dead would be so much work.

I emailed a guy about Tj flares and Tj bezel so hopefully it works out
