Name that plug?

As i was tinkering around with the jeep i noticed that this random plug was dangling and by default it can only reach and fit in this one spot. It attaches to a hose that runs down into the power steering box. Then the wires run under a cluster that runs down the fuel rail. What is this plug? It wont stay attached so im not sure how important it is.

It may look at power steering line pressure and tells the engine to rev up to increase the line pressure when you turn the steering wheel

Not important if you're not having trouble turning the steering wheel at idle. Mine just hangs also.

Mine did the same, I let it hang since it didn't want to stay put.
