Is my manifold gasket on right?

I've had this Jeep since mid summer and knew it needed some work when I bought it. I put a new carb on a little while ago and somehow did not notice this. Put a new fuel pump on and noticed this:

A couple of the bolts could be turned with fingers. Think I might have a leak?

Yep, it's two gaskets attached together. They're notorious for getting loose that's normal tighten them to spec and wheel it.

In my opinion....Pull the bolts out and replce them with 3/8 by 1 1/4?? grade 8 bolts. Be sure to put anti-seeze on them. Doing this will help prevent bolts breaking. Been there and done that!

What carb are you running? I ask because that lawnmower fuel filter you have there. You don't have any return line anymore?

That filter setup is temporary...just what I had on hand. Return line is capped at the moment. The pump is weak so I'm going to replace it all at once.
