BMX guy, you mean my inner fenders? Because now that you mention it that would be something to think about.

Alight know i have a couple of things in mind for what i want to do next. Here are the options

1. Gas tank skid. With this i am going to buy my dad a new floor jack since the one we have is too small.
2. TJ flares. I already have a guy that is going to buy mine but i don't know if I want to take the side steps of yet. If i do then i will need to buy rocker gaurds
3. MORE Booms. I don't need them but i do want them. The ones I have are big and something i had lying around when i put my lift on.

So if you where in my shoes what would you guys do. I go to URE a lot during the summer and other than that it is just local mud.

If you don't really need the shackles, i'd go with the skid

Oh ok, the Lubeable Shackles that I am even looking at getting for mine. I just am not sure if I should get the lift ones or the ones with out lift.

You could get the 3/8" lift shackles. Moddest lift and will work good for your application.

I was leanin more toward the skid just because last summer i kept dragging the stock one on the rocks, but i also only had a two inch lift. Anyone else wanna chime in.

One vote for the skid. That is high on my list of things for this summer also.

Just installed the BOOMS...they are sweet. I'd have to vote for my new install. With the 2" BDS lift it is sooo nice.

Well, i think that i am leaning towards the skid, that way i can do the 20 gal. mod at the same time. Maybe i will get the shackles and body lift i have wanted for my b-day.

So i didn't have to work today, so bordem and some herculiner that was left over gave me something to do. I took my security console out and decided to herc it and i also did my tailgate. I forgot to do it when i did the tub so i did it today. Seems like i always got to be doing something.

It's coming along great redsox, I'm jealous. Did you ever put the rear plexiglass back in? It's gotta wreck havoc when it rains like in the pics.

Naa, never put it in. The hardtop is coming off friday so i can store it for the summer. And since the tub is herced i don't even notice the rain. My summer projects include

putting in something whether it be plexi or real glass
retint all glass and plexi same shade
1" daystar body lift
Replace shackles with 5/8" booms
Maybe new rear axle
oh yeah, wheel the hell out of it, so i should stay busy.
