my jeep wont crank when weather is cool
Hey folks. I have a 1994 wrangler that will not crank when it's cool outside. It started when it was really cold outside, but now wont crank when it is 70 degrees outside. when I try to crank it, they relay box starts ticking real fast. I can remove both the fuel pump relay and the auto shutdown relay and the ticking stops. Replace them and the ticking continues. When the ticking eventually slows down and stops, it will try to crank. it takes a little bit, but will. it acts like it's flooded and you can smell gas pretty strong like. Help me please.
