My Jeep is Leaning.

Yeah...it's leaning, and it's bugging the crap out of me. I had 4" ProComp springs on before and after a trip off road, I found my Jeep leaning towards the rear passenger side at 2 inches. So, I replaced the springs with 4.5" Extreme Duties from Rubicon Express. During the install, I took off the rear passenger spring pack and all the leafs fell out (the center pin was bent in 5 different directions and wasn't holding the springs together). Also, all of the friction plates were smashed, shattered, tattered, and torn. I thought this was why my Jeep was leaning.

But I just measured it again, and it is leaning 3/4" still. WHY? I replaced springs AND shackles and I thought that would take care of the problem. Granted, the springs have only been on for about 5 days now, I would have expected the Jeep to even out.

Should I give the springs a couple more weeks to settle down, or should I look to another problem to get my Jeep leveled out?

Thanks for the input,
Nick

Might want to try measuring the actual spring mount in the shackle..if that's the same on all 4 corners then look to body mounts?? Other than that mine leans to the passenger side about 1/2" but it doesn't bother me anymore.

I'll try that tonight. I ran it over the curb a couple times to try and beat it out of them, but they aren't budging. I'll let you know how that works, though
