My 1990 YJ RESTORATION/BUILD

In 1990, my wife got this Jeep Wrangler new. Then it was pasted down to her brother. When he finished college he got another vehicle, and then it sat for years. It was killing me that it wasn't being used so my wife's parent gave it to me. And the rebuild begins.....

This is the 1990 Jeep wrangler as it was when I got it. Wheels were locked up, and didn't run. But over all not in bad shape. No rust.

Pulled the motor, and took all the way down to the block. Lots of cleaning.

That looks AWESOME!! Feel free to come paint and detail my engine! It will be on a stand when you get here.

Painted by a friend of mine. Went with a Chevy burnt orange with a little metallic. 3 coats of primer, 3 of base, and 3 of clear.

Mostly all back together. Very happy with the outcome. She run really well after a lot of tweaking with the dizzy and carb. Lot of work but worth every hour.
