My Jeep rides smooth like it was bone stock. The only problem I had was axle wrap. I fixed it by using SAM's anti wrap bar. See Pics

Do you run a MAP or MAF TPI system

hey man sweet build. i was wondering if you had a list of every thing you ended up buying for the sm465 to make it work with the dana 300 and if you knew what you would to get or do to make it work with the 4.0 i have been looking at this transmission for a little while and it has an awesome gearing possibility's since it has a 6.5 1st gear any help or cost is apprecieated thanks man

I used NOVAK for all my adapters. Great web site lots of info. Should find what you need.

I know this thread is really old, but I just posted a thread that is similar to this. I did the Dana 300 to sm465 mod with Novak, and I'm having trouble making the Dana 300 shifter fit. How did you do it?

Here is a view from under the jeep. I also cut my floor and added material in order to clearance the transfer case shifter. Hope this helps?

I actually did this way back in 2004 and can't really remember so well. I think I rotated the 300 until the shifter cleared everything. Then I heated and bent the shifter handle to get it where I wanted it to be.
