moron with a jeep

So I get my new (old) cj top on and am checking out the bolts that hold the rear frame on. While i'm missing a few on the outside hinge (no big deal), I see that the hinge bolts connecting it to the top (only two per each side) are loose. I tighten one bolt to tighten and break it.

Any way to (easily( get the bolt out without damaging the top? I'd rather not have one bolt holding on one side if I can help it.. drill it out?

(I should stick to my desk job)

My experience has been to use alot of penetrating oil and then with a center punch put a dimple as close to the middle of the bolt as possible. After that use a drill and drill a pilot hole for an easy out. (I use left hand twist bits they sometimes grab and will work the broken bolt out.) Insert easy out and carefully back the bolt out. I have also broken many easyouts so be careful with that.
