More stress on shackle frame mount with lift?

I have a mostly stock 93, born and raised in Wisconsin, which means I have some rust. Namely, on the drivers side around where the shackle mounts to the frame. I've been driving it with some cancer on the bottom part of the frame, but most of the metal around the mount looks to be pretty solid.

Here's the question, I just got my 2" BDS lift in the mail on Thursday, but I can't get someone to help me weld the frame until next weekend. Since the frame has been doing well with sagging stock springs, am I going to be putting more stress on the mount with lift springs than with the stock POS's?

It's hard having $800 worth of lift sitting in the garage and not knowing what to do with it!!!

I got a Jeep, it's lifted and it's got crap bolted to it.

take a hammer and a wire wheel to it and make sure it is solid. I beefed mine up to take the weight of my front 60. You could do the same if the metal is still structurally sound.

Rest of it around where the shackle mounts to the frame feels solid. There's just a little bit of cancer near the bottom of the frame and underneath. I'm just wondering if there will be extra stress because of the new springs... as opposed to the old ones, which the frame is handling fine.
