More heat for the winter with a soft top
How can I get more heat for my YJ? The heat works well in my Jeep but I need more! Do they make seat heaters? Or any heating devices I can take out in the summer? Links and stuff would be awesome! Let me know

in the September issue of off road adventures there is an article about A Mojave heater from flex-a-lite (www.flex-a-lite.com) that might be exactly what you need

I don't know if you need your back seat.... I keep my bestop windjammer in during the winter to cut the cab in half for the heater, it makes a big difference. And there are a ton of aftermarket seat heaters HEATERS just for example.. google it.

Just a thought...have you been through a winter with it yet? The only reason I ask is that I thought when I got my YJ that I'd freeze my @$$ off in the Buffalo winters, but then realized that it's really not so bad. After 2 winters I'm happy I didn't get an auxillary heater. Even on an fall evening of about 45 degrees, I'm still comfy with just my bikini and half windows on. The small cabin heats up way faster than the larger cabins of most other vehicles.

I have found the stock YJ heater to be more than adequate with the soft top. I would try replacing the heater core if you are not getting alot of heat but moving alot of air, maybe it is clogged up a little. YJs really arent as bad as older CJs as far as heat goes.
