ive got a few questions, how hard is it to install a new shifter on 5speed 95 2.5 yj? Plus what is the best chevy engine to swap into a 95 yj and how hard and time consuming would it be to do it?

Your asking for a lot on the engine swap. Keep in mind- motor mounts, driveline, axles, tc's, etc.
