Do you know of even one situation where the AX-15 came stock behind a 350?

If not, that tells me something.

true, I never though of it that way... the ax15 is the one that came coupled to the 4.0 right? I personally like that tranny, what would be the most power that it could handle reliably?

people put them behind 4BT's and there torquey. how many HP does the 350 have. The AX-15 is strong enough for a mild V8

Behind the right driver - it would be okay.

Behind an idiot, pathetic, foolish driver - not much.

Think they put an AX-15 behind the 5.2 in '93.... but they might have only offered it in the 4.0L
