Here are the pictures of the block and number. Can anyone tell me what year this engine is? The guy wants 200 for the complete engine. Says it has been sitting outside, covered at least, for about 18 months. I want it for the head really. I dont like that it has been sitting outside, covered or not. He said it ran when he pulled it out and thinks it around a 95.

If it's a running 4.0L it's worth at least double. I know that there is no way to check it but if you look at the oil in the case and its not milky, the parts are easily worth the $200 you would be paying.

Take a look for 4.0L on CL and see what they get. If you are high miles it's not going to get it but yep usually about 300-400 here. Cedar Springs....you should save it till someone blows there motor up at Silver Lake! LOL
