lockers

hello i have 88 yj with a 258 i6 cyc i have already nutter it and put a weber on it 3 in lift 33 12.50 on it im about to buy a 8,000 lb warn winch and i wanted to put a aussy locker on the front and o0ne on the rear im new to all this and i know you guys will know best. if i put one on the rear axle will it help or will it be over kill still has 35 dana on the rear?

most people will recommend not wasting your money on anything to do with a dana 35. i would agree.

what are you building the jeep for? mud, trails, rocks? gonna drive it to work? etc.

i second not spending money on the 35, other than a regear to 4.88 if you have a 2.5L maybe. That would be the only thing I would do to mine.

I would put the money toward an 8.8 swap, maybe already with an lsd.

definitely get the winch. I am trying to sell this gaming computer I am on to buy one myself...looking at that
Smittybilt XRC10 HD w/air compressor but I can't find any reviews on it yet...lol

You can put an Aussie in the front with no problems. You will be amazed at how much more you can do. I've been running one just up front for years.

You can put aussies in the stock axles and do this. The squeal is the power steering
