I wouldn't ask the guy anything I'd run away. Do yourself a favor and find one with less or no rust you will be happy you did in the long run.

Don't commit to anything until you get under that jeep and find out for yourself how bad that rust is!

Ask him why he wants so much money for a rust bucket.

Run away......
FAR away.

ouch, that thing looks rotten I can only immagine what the diamond plate is hiding. Its not like you couldnt fix it but im sure you would rather spend money on fun stuff like a lift and tires and just about anything other then cutting out rot and repairing it but its up to you.

Rust = evil. It would be better if you drove down here and bought one cheaper and drove it back than to have to deal with that rust. I got a 91 with zero rust. Even the torx screws that hold the brake lines on the frame are in mint shape..........

Looking to sell or trade my off-road rig for a bike. I am looking for just about anything 600 or above from late 90's to whenever in the 2000's. MUST be legit, and titled. No stolen b.s. The earliest I will go would be a 93ish 900rr. Bike should run and not be in need of any major repairs.

Onto the info of my rig. It's a Samurai body stretched 12" and mated to a Jeep Wrangler Frame/Engine/Axles/Drivetrain. Basically it's a full jeep wrangler with a samurai body. The front axle is locked. Tires are Super Swamper LTB's 31x11.50x15's I have a safari top for the summer and a full top for the winter. Both doors are removable. I will include all my trail gear with this. Basically you can get in it, drive it to the trails and wheel. It passes e-check without any issues due to it being registered as a carburated suzuki samurai but with a fuel injected jeep wrangler engine.

$3000 OBO

That's alot of body work brother, and as some one who is finally getting around to his "hidden rot" seeing so much obvious rot is not a promising investment... you might fall through the floor and run over yourself before you make it home.

That is a lot of rust and a lot of miles. its a V6 which is good, but 200,000 miles is quite a bit..

For $1500 I'd pass. Judging by the back picture it looks like there will be a bunch of frame rot

Run from that rusty piece-a-crap. If your into to looking down while driving and seeing through the rusted out floor board and watching road go by then... it might be a good deal for you... if not.. RUN!
