Lights on winshield & lift question

I am looking at fairly affordable lift kit (at least for my country - $1000). It's new, it's 4" and it's ProComp. Included are 4 shocks, 4 leafs, pitman arm, degree shims for rear axle, bushings, TC drop kit and all the nuts & bolts. Pretty complete, it seems. And since my shocks are pretty shot, and leafs too, the lift seems a good idea rather then buying the stock gear
How is that kit, is it any good? Will it clear 33's? Or would I be better off with 32's since it's a 2.5L?

Another question: if I wanted to mount 3 small white lights on the top of the wndshield frame (right abowe the glass, to stick to the front, so the soft and the hard top can be mounted w/o problems) - how would I go about wires? I mean, if I was to make a hole or two for mounting the light, and (I guess) another one for wires to pass to inside of the frame, that'd be simple. But what then? How can I then take all the wires and bring them down to where the wiper motor is? I don't think I could fit my fingers inthere Any ideas?

Kit should be OK. Don't forget brake lines

You can clear anything if you have a sawzall But seriously, keep in mind that with the larger tires your 2.5l will have trouble on the gearing side as well.

For the lights I suggest getting a light bar:

I have a procomp lift on my 93.
It is a very stiff kit. ei rough ride. It is better if you have a hard top.
I have 1 inch shackle lift (2 inch shackles) as well and am running 33s with no rub. I rub with 35s a little but that could be fixed with new bump stops.

I personnaly would go with a different kit. I am swapping out the springs on my YJ right now because the pro-comp springs were killing me. They are rough on the road, and didn't flex at all the few times I've taken it over the rocks. If you are using it mostly on the highway then you not have as many issues.

I have a 3 in procomp lift that i put in almost a year ago and i am now wishing i had bought anything but ProCrap (I absolutely hate it )

In this case you definately get what you pay for

From what i have read from our fellow jeepers on here RE and Old Man EMU are well worth the money spent

Opinions divided, as usual
The main problem here is that there are no kits. Virtually. Everything comes from the US, and with the shipping costs, with the VAT, with the customs... Everything comes to be triple of what you guys pay it in the US. So a $1000 RE kit comes very close to $3000, and I really can't afford that kind of money. I have to work 5 months without spending a dime on anything (virtually: no food, no nuttin). So a $1000 kit looks like a good oportunity.
On the other hand, the rough ride does concern me. It is rough as it is, I can't imagine it being any bumpier than this But then, it's a Jeep thing...
How bad should the gearing problem be? That is, 33's without regearing? I should forget about the 5th gear, even on the highway? Will my MPG get a lot worse or just a little?

As for the light, I wasn't thinking about the offroad lights or the lightsbar, but rather those small "position" lights. 5 watts max. Something like pick-up trucks sometimes have on the roof, so when they're coming down the road you can see the headlights and those 3 little lights on the roof. I belive I've seen those on Hummers (the military ones), but I am not sure.
