It's an older Lincoln weld pak 155 with the mig conversion on it. It's a 220v model and claims 175amps. should do 0.135 in one pass.

I agree with the rest of you, threads are lame without pics. Hopefully i'll be picking up the pace after thanksgiving.

Do the TJ filler.

The build looks great!! I can't wait to see the finished project. If it were my jeep I would do the TJ filler. Keep up the good work!!

the circle is where the light goes. Looks pretty bad I know. So, I'm trying to decide what to do. I might try to get the TJ filler to work, or i might just move the stock filler farther inwards to match the lights.
Are you putting a licence plate on the back? If so... it totally hids the filler.

My vote is on the TJ style filler.

yeah i was going to, but not over the filler. I always loved the look of the exposed filler.

IMO i always thought having to fold down the license plate to gas up felt cool. reminded me of the old cadillacs and cars like that where you folded down the plate to fill up

My tire carrier blocks the flip down license plate and I have a locking gas cap! I love it!

Whoa Randy, don't lay the pressure on too thick

After thinking about my options I'm going to try out the TJ filler. It should be the least ammount of work since i will be able to run the crusher corner as is. I just read JSpencer66's writeup on it and other than getting the hoses to work it should be pretty simple.

I will also get the TJ license plate holder since the corners are already pre-drilled for it.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
