LED replacement for courtesy lamps

Has anyone found a good source for one of these? I never liked how HOT mine got, and it finally blew. I was hoping an LED was available.

To answer your question, i don't think there is.

To give you an alternative; I bought led strip lights from autozone and wired them in. Works really well.

Which courtesy lights are you talking about? The ones under the dash or the ones in the hardtop/soundbar. The ones under the dash are a 1156 base bulb and the ones in the hardtops/soundbar are feston bulbs. They are both easily found on E-Bay.

The under dash ones, yeah. Thanks. I didn't know if a special one was needed with it being wired into the dimmer.

There are two lights. One on each side.

Well, maybe in one of y'all's fancy non bone stock 95 2.5L S models...

I only have a driver's side fixture and door plunger.

Mine is a '95 Wrangler Rio Grand 2.5L
It has two under the dash, one on each side. I don't have door plungers. They just turn on and off with the roller switch for the dash lights.

I'd figure the other connections are there. Just hidden maybe.

I'd get light strips. Way more illumination and it'll be easy to wire in the other side.
