Front isn't so bad, but the rear requires a cutting tool or dropping the gas tank. Shackle lift start to make steering a little squirrly after about 1" of lift (2" longer than stock). I used 2" lift shackles for a while. If your springs are sagging the shackle lift is only going to make the sagging worse in the long run. If your looking to stay stock I'd get a set of OEM replacement springs, bushings, and bolts. If your looking for a little lift check out RE 2.5" lift kits or Black Diamond if your on a tight budget. This might be the better option since in the process of replacing the springs you'll need new hardware to replace the 25+ yr old u-bolts etc that you remove to get to the springs.
