Leaf spring bushings

I just picked up a set of pro comp 2.5 lift springs and a greasable shackle kit for my yj... went to check the fit of the bushings and it looks like there's a problem or something is missing. 1 3/16" diameter bushings (8 pairs came with the shackle kit - crown brand) and 1 1/2" i.d. leaf eye... is there a sleeve or something between the wrap on the leaf eye and the bushings or what?

The leafs are #51313, all the eyes are the same size.

Yes there is a metal sleeve. The kit probably intends for you to reuse the originals. They tend to rust up and become one with the old bushing and bolt. I could not find them by themselves, had to buy a kit with the bolts. I will try and see if I can find it again.

I cant speak to your particular springs but on My old stockers and my new BDS springs and as far as I know on OME springs there is not a sleeve that goes between the spring and bushing. There is one that goes between the bolt and bushing. The spring bushings do however come in different sizes and it seems to me you just have the stock size bushings and your springs need a different size.

Reading other post...I may be confused on what you are saying. As above there are other bushing sizes, so that could be it also.
