Just got a welder!

I know not specific to YJ tech but I do have a YJ.
Just won a ebay bid on a brand new Lincoln Mig 175 welder for 356.00!

I will begin the process of learning to weld. Will spend time inf the Fab forum trying to pick up whatever I can.

Can't wait to get the welder buy a mask/gloves /gas so I can start!
I also need to run more power to my garage so I'm a couple months away from beginning.

Sorry for the non tech post but I had to tell people who can appreciate this.
My wife is not as happy as I am about this.

The last time I bought a welder was about a year ago. I talked to my wife about my plan. She read through all of the literature then said I had to buy the next larger model. She was right. She did that on an air compressor once, and she was right then. Isn't she the best?

Congrat's on the welder. They are a lot of fun. As for learning, I took a welding class from the local tech center and it was the best thing I could have ever done. Basically it prevented me from developing the bad habits right from the beginning.
