Just bought my second jeep, and i need some help...

Hey guys, and gals. I just picked up my seecond jeep. A 1992 YJ with a 4.0 and 5 speed. nothing too exciting, but this one only cost me 250 bucks so anyways, im having electric isues. the dam thing wont start anymore. kinda strange since i saw it flash up after sitting for a year or so, then drove it home. changed the battery took it out for a little drive. everything seemed great for the first 2 days i had it. so day 3, i got my other YJ stuck, and figured ill pull it out with the new jeep. fired it up, was running kinda rough, sounded like it wasnt running on all cylinders, dam thing got stuck in the driveway, put it in 4wd and stalled. turn the key, and nothing, just click click click. so i changed the battery, tryed to boost it, changed the starter, nothing has helped. do the big fuses??? relays in the fuse box beside the battery cause this? i saw there is an ignition and auto shutdown...
Any input would help.
