jumpy steering wheel

what causes the steering wheel to be so jumpy in 4wd on hard turns. I was driving around for a bit in 4wd to circulate the new rear diff fluid i added. I have never noticed this jumpy thing before, even offroad at the local trails

I've also been experiencing this jumpy steering wheel in 4wd. Only on tight turns though. Straight runs and normal road turns are fine but anything tight or even wider turns going slow cause this shuttering of the wheel.
