ive heard rumors and have seen write ups on it, is there gonna be a turbo available for wranglers?

Yes, but its like $3000 or so. For that much, u'd be better off getting a 4.0 or even a v-8

Yeah, I saw it somewhere. I believe it was called the Avenger and it was about 3000 bucks...

it would be pretty useless, you would have to set the PSI to spool at really low RPMS to be effective UNLESS you plan on mudding only.
