Jeep stumble while cruising

Hey guys I have a 1995 yj it throws two codes its a four cylinder 5 speed.
1. oxygen sensor or circuit
2. Mat sensor or circuit

My jeep stumbles at cruising speed but runs fine while on the floor. Things which were recently replaced were rotor cap, rotor bug, plug wires, plugs, and cleaned the throttle body. It ran fine for awhile but after my last river adventure it has started doing this. So I cleaned the throttle body still no luck any ideas?
Another issue have is the clutch pedal acts like its sticks and does not disengage or engage smooth any suggestions?

Definitely start with the O2 sensor. I would get a new one, they're not expensive.
