jeep ideas

hey guys i have a chance to pick up a 92yj 4.0 manual with 115,000miles on it. theres no rust on it at all and it runs like its new... the guy is only asking $3,000 so im going to offer him 2,500$. What do you guys recommend for a lift to get 35's under there. all the lift cost under or around $1,750

i was thinking 8.8rear
4"BDS lift? or 4.5" RE lift... which would net me more actual lift.
1" body lift?
5/8 more boomerangs
tj flares with some sawzall action
sye / woody shaft

think i can stuff 35's under there with decent clearance

wheres the best place to pick up a bds lift kit.. seems like they only go up to 3.5" springs and give you shackles to gain the other inch?
