Que, I took the heat gun to the fuel tail and injectors this morning. Started up fine and idled fine for about 2 minutes then went to being rough again. A friend of mine can get new parts at cost. So I think starting with the injectors isn't a bad idea. It's the only thing minus the pump I haven't changed on this damn thing

Don't replace them thinking they are going to fix it. Replace the o2 sensor and check the manifold for leaks. That lean fault is definitely pointing to something that makes sense with you symptoms. The injectors don't really make sense.

Update: revisited the IAC and coolant temp señor via que's recommendations. That and cleaning out the IAC housing/throttle body may have helped. Either way. It has been fine all this week. Upon cold start ups, better mileage, and no stumbling. I am deeming this fixed.

To treat myself I ordered some bilstein 5100 for the rear as my old worn out hydros are leaking.. Go figure. I also needed to get a new Trans stabilizer bolt with bushings. Lastly, I sourced some take off skyjacker quick disconnects that are like new.

To finish off January my vacuum actuator was busted for the 4x4 so to get by until spring, I pulled the whole unit off the front axle. Slid the collar over both axel shafts. Flipped the whole unit 180 degrees and bolted it back on. Done. 10 minute fix to get by until the weather breaks.

Thanks fellas. Next plans are get new headlights, finish rear tube fenders, and rock sliders and paint. Thursday I will be putting the front bilstein 5100s on and new steering stabilizer.

Here's the link. To my knowledge they will work in the dome light as well.

Front shocks are on. Bilsteins make the yj much softer on the road. Yes ... It's still a yj and the ride sucks but there is definitely a discernible difference in comfort now. I would highly recommend them

Skyjacker 9000 steering stabilizer. Love the response it gives worth the $45. Came with the hardware too.

Well, shackle mount up front broke on me. Also found out my driver's side shackle was cracked. So currie's are on their way and I torched a mount off our parts jeep to weld up tomorrow night once I get it cleaned up. Also, included a pic of my shop mutt helping out with the disassembly.

Getting ready to prep the jeep for paint. Painted some accent pieces in satin black. Also finished the step bars and coated with POR. New head lights and LED tail lights should be in this week. Will finish the rear tube fenders and prep the body for paint this weekend. Pics to follow.
