Jeep #6

My 2nd yj, my family's 6th jeep. Gave the guy a on a 87 yj. Comes with the hard top and bikini top/soft doors. Hopefully I can pick it up tomorrow. Very clean body, 95 4.0 motor. New 33" bfg's, I'll need some more clearance Automatic (which I'm not sure I'm fond of yet). minor lift both suspension and body. It's not much. I'll post pics and see if you can help me decipher size. Shox are skyjacker so. That's a start. Frame is getting rough. I have a new frame I'm currently working on for another yj project that I'm thinking I will use for this one instead. I'll get some pics up tomorrow or wednesday evening. This is the only shot I have.

He was asking 4300. I was undoubtably able to get it for a few hundred lower than that though body is really solid and the hard top and doors are in great shape which is really my main reason for getting it. The seller thinks it is originally from Pennsylvania which again, it doesn't show many signs of either. Keep an eye out for a build thread in the next week or two !

Ps: this is what Indiana will do to jeeps,

That's an old jeep. I don't know if I'd start a build on something that old, but I'm lazy.

Well.. I'm sort of a jeep nut. We have 6 and the one we are currently working on is a 79. So I'm no stranger to working on them.

Once I get this paper done I'll put up the detailed pics. Took all afternoon and got her cleaned up. Getting the spare tire mounted and also put in a center counsel we had laying around. I also washed the wind jammer top too. Anyone have any good soft top conditioners/preservers/cleaners they use ?

That would be the least of my worries, but then again I am below the rust belt.
