Intermittent wipers quit

The regular low and high wipers work, but the intermittent wipers do not through out the range. It used to work sometimes and then it would just stop in the middle of the windshield. Finally it just up and quit. Any ideas as to why? Think it's the wiper motor or wiper motor relay? Thanks in advance!

There is a module under the dash for the intermittent wipers. Check to see if the plugs are fully seated and if they are then possibly this module is bad. It should be located right below the steering wheel mounted on top of a metal plate.

Do you know if there is the same kind of module on an 87 YJ? If so, were exactly is it under the dash?

I yanked my intermittant module when mine quit. Poppes it open and some of the parts on the circuit board were fried...haven't quite gotten around to replacing it but I looked into it once and the module was around $80. The module is inline on the wiper circuit so you can just plug the harness together with the module out and still just have hi and lo.
