installing a 4" lift question

I'm putting a 4" skyjacker suspension lift in my 94 YJ. I currently have a 1 1/4 shackle lift that I imagine I will remove and go back to the oem shackles. I was wondering if I need to lengthen my driveshafts when I do this? It doesnt say anything about that in the kit. Will the stock shafts be ok? It's strictly my tar baby. Also do I need to adjust pinion angle at all? Or just bolt thte springs up? Thanx.

Drive shaft lengths are fine with a 4" lift (with or without shackle lift)

I believe your kit will include shims to go between your rear axle and leafs to help with your angles, but not sure about your kit.

do you think it would be ok to leave the 1" shackle lift in it? or would my ride be a lot rougher?
