Input Shaft not Spinning

Dropped my Ax-5, replaced all four gaskets, slapped it back together and.. the second I finished torquing the last bolt on the front bearing retainer- the input shaft would no longer spin freely
It definitely spins without the bearing retainer on. I don't remember it spinning before I took it apart so I simply want to check with the community before hoisting it back into the Wrangler only to have it stall out on me.
I did use "The Right Stuff" gasket maker in addition to a paper gasket when installing the front bearing retainer, however, I made sure that none of the gasket maker was getting into either of the front bearings.
Let me know what you guys think.

P.S. I did use a torque wrench to tighten the front bearing retainer bolts to 12 ft. lbs.
