I need paint scheme ideas

well guys, I painted my Jeep last year with a fores green Rustoleum from a rattle can. The paint looks great, but the color didnt come out the same as the can showed. it was a different shade green.

anyways, i dont like the color. I thought that a green body and tan top would look great, but because of the color shade difference it doesnt.

I want to repaint it again a different color but use the same method.

My jeep is a 1989 Sahara with a spice interior. I want to know what "standard" colors you guys think goes good with a tan interior and tan hardtop.

BTW, I've been through the sticky at the top a thousand times and still cant decide.

thanks

well that can be a pretty biased question as many many colors look good with a tan top. i would go with dark blue or black personally...
and i'd like to see a picture of this rattle can paint job

I see a flaw in your logic here.....

But to each their own.. Rattlecans look better with flat or very light colors, it's next to impossible to keep a wet edge. White/Tan looks good.

Check out http://paintucation.com (Kevin's site) for a straightforward, low cost way to get a decent paint job in your garage. Read through the forums, it's a great site.

Any shade of green ought to go with a tan top.
I would go with a satin finish for a rattle can job.
