I NEED HELP!! I have a fuel problem

I have a 87 wrangler yj. it has a high performance AMC 360 engine with a demon 750 cfm carb with a fuel regulator and a electric fuel pump. the problem I'm having is when i turn off my jeep it instantly looses prime in the carb. i have to pour gas in the carb to get it started then it runs great till i turn it off. does anyone have any idea what it might be.
