Would the old CJ knobs work? Not sure if the threads are the same size. Just a thought

You have more than those two pics? How about a list of parts. Or better yet, do a write up. I'd make some too. Just don't let your dog eat it.

I will do a write up, all it really is: a piece of 12 gauge strap steel, bent and notched ever so, a bolt, and 2 nuts through the hinge hole. When I originally built them, my dog actually grabbed the mirror and took off in the yard with it while I was bolting on the bracket.....

You wouldn't understand.....

Is that the same dog that did the mod on your Jeep?

Jeep Trunk

Since the jeep doesn’t have a top on 9 of the 12 months it was time to think of a way to keep the water off my compressor and look good at the same time. This introduced “Project Jeep Trunk” using some polished aluminum diamond plating. I ended up making this about a year ago, but i this is probably a good place to post it...

How about a hand throttle? I love this thing. It took me 10 Euro and one hour to install and rig it.

Just curious; is it okay to run a snorkel set up like that when it's raining? Seems like that cone filter would take in a lot of water.

the air filter up there isnt ideal. i put a plastic bag over it while its parked and raining. its only temporary, till i find a way to enclose an air filter under the hood. i made a top for it out of a 45* and 90* elbow with a drain cover, looks pretty good...hoping to have that solved before summer.

haha and the tail gating thing, thats sort of a joke, i just like having bright reverse lights in the woods at night, especially being that i had none. i only used them on the road once...person was so close i couldnt even see their headlights in my rear view mirror. needless to say, they fell back about 1/2 mile within the next 30 seconds.
