quickie winch plate. you can also see the grill inserts made with material from ace hardware. this is the 3rd radiator. what i like most is not the plate itself but i used rustoleums textured black paint. the trick to this paint is to lay it on real light. mist it on in several coats unlike the hammertone paints that look best when sprayed heavy.

not against buying quality stuff but no one had anything in stock and wanted it the next day. was escorting unbuilt vehicles. turns out i snapped a 30 shaft and used it on myself first.

sheesh, its a competition all of a sudden!

rocker guards, 5/16" angle iron, 7"x7"...

cb mount in roll cage.....

skid plate for tranny, also made one for the motor...

hell, just look at jeeps like mine, scotts, joe's, etc. and you will see too much custom one off stuff to post here!

Yeah, those welds look like dung in that pic

I think the spatter & gas residue makes them look alot worse than they actually are. After I wire brushed 'em, they looked better, but certainly not great.

Yep, I ate my share of balut & drank my share of sea truth serum. I can still taste that nasty stuff & smell the limburger cheese up the nostrils.

BOT: I'm in the process of doing a one-off belly-up skid for my Atlas. A friend is helping with that. It's going to take some serious tub cutting & seat slider work to make it fit. Cage tie-ins & reworking my MORE traction bar are also in the mix, plus a few other misc items.

My homebuilts.

Multimount winch cradle, and recievers (front and rear), rockers, cage, cage tie ins, beadlocks, leaf mounts, fifth link, rear t-case support mount, a few shock mounts, and thats just off the top of my head.

6x6 rocker guards
spare tire mount on the cage (from a class 4 receiver hitch)
tranny x-member and flat skid
rear frame x-member (from my old bumper)

Oh I forgot my angle iron rear frame. Doesn't compare to some of you fabricators. I mean that in a good way.

Yep, eating balut (although considered a delicacy in the Philippine Islands where I use to live) was part of the Chief's initiation before the Navy "powers-that-be" decided to water it down to the pathetic politically correct BS it is today.

There's nothing special about my Jeep that couldn't be duplicated on yours.
